This notice explains what cookies and similar technologies manicoba.eu uses today, and which third parties receive a request from your browser when you visit. For how we handle personal data more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website saves on your device. Similar technologies do the same job. Some are needed for a site to work. Others are used to measure visits or show advertising.
2. What we use today
Right now the site uses only essential or technical cookies, plus the third-party requests listed below. We don't use Google Analytics, a Meta (Facebook) pixel, or any advertising cookies, and we don't currently show a cookie consent banner.

Third-party requests that load with the site

3. Links to other services
The site links to WhatsApp (Meta) and to email. Nothing is sent to those services unless you click a link. Once you do, your messages are handled by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
The estimator's optional AI assistance sends your text to OpenAI only if you choose it. That is not a cookie, and it's explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. If this changes
If we add analytics, advertising or other non-essential tags later, we will ask for your consent before they load, and we will update this notice.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working, such as staff sign-in. Deleting cookies won't affect the public pages.
