1. Who we are

2. The site and the estimator give estimates, not quotes

The estimator suggests a possible solution, a likely price range and a rough delivery time based on what you tell us and our current pricing.

Estimates exclude VAT, which MANICOBA will add to the invoice once the final price is confirmed.

• It is an estimate, not a contract. A person still reads it before anything is agreed.
• It is not a quote, an offer or a promise of price, scope or delivery date. Prices shown on the site are a guide.
• Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between you and MANICOBA, and it doesn't oblige either of us to go ahead.
• A project starts only when we have agreed the details with you. Payment milestones, what is and isn't included, and the notice for cancelling monthly care are described on our pricing page. We may confirm them in a proposal or agreement for your project.

3. AI assistance

The estimator can optionally use AI to produce a project snapshot. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. We give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or suitable for your needs, and you shouldn't rely on it as advice. A person at MANICOBA reviews your enquiry before anything is agreed. 4. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. You must not:

• submit false, misleading or unlawful content, or use someone else's details without permission;
• send spam, or submit automated or bulk enquiries;
• try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, the estimator or our private operations area;
• copy or scrape the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing service.

We may block access or remove submissions that break these rules.

5. Our content and intellectual property

The content of manicoba.eu, including its text, design, logo, code and layout, belongs to MANICOBA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for other purposes without our written permission.

The descriptions and information you submit remain yours. You give us permission to use them to respond to your enquiry.

Names, logos and sites of clients and other third parties that appear on the site belong to their owners.

6. Links and third-party services

The site links to other services, for example WhatsApp and the sites listed under live operations. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove parts of the site, including the estimator, at any time.

8. Liability

The site and estimator are provided as they are, as a free guide. To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for loss arising from relying on an estimate, the AI output, or information on the site;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data;
• if you become a client, our responsibilities and any limits on liability for that work are set out in the agreement for your project.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability under mandatory consumer law.

9. Consumers

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are for the courts of Portugal, without affecting any right you may have as a consumer to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example if we add a new service or tool. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
